Does OtO still sell Solutions?

As of January 27, 2025, we no longer support solutions in-app and discontinued the solutions part of our business.

While we poured our hearts into delivering a solutions program that we believed would meet your needs, we encountered challenges that made it difficult to ensure it worked well for both our customers and our business. After listening closely to customer feedback, we determined the best way to serve our community long-term is to refocus on what OtO does best: innovative irrigation technology.

The solutions program ultimately wasn’t economically sustainable, and prioritizing our core irrigation technology - the foundation of OtO since day one - allows us to remain a strong, reliable partner for our customers for years to come. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

For clarity, our solutions were fully legal, compliant, and safe. This change was not related to regulatory or safety concerns. It was a strategic decision to focus on strengthening our core irrigation technology and long-term reliability for customers.

What’s next?

  • Solutions are no longer sold or used with OtO.
