OtO isn't charging part 2

Please complete the steps provided in OtO isn't charging part 1 before you continue with the steps below. 

If you have any of the following BOMs: 6014-F, 6014-K1, 6014-CS, please follow the Cycling Workflow below to get your unit up and running:

  1. Unplug the unit.

  2. Cover the solar panel completely using an opaque object (such as a blanket).

  3. Plug OtO in.

  4. Set a timer for 45 minutes.

  5. After 45 minutes:

    1. If the light is glowing solid red => The unit is successfully charging. Keep it plugged in for at least 24 hours before trying to use it again.

    2. If there is no red light => Return to step 1 (unplug) and try entire workflow again. You may need to do this up to 4 times.

If after attempting the Cycling Workflow four times does not bring the unit back online, please email us at care@otolawn.com and we'll assist you as quickly as we can!
