For people who want added peace of mind, we’re excited to offer an Extended Warranty that extends coverage from 2 years to 3 years — powered by our trusted warranty partner, Mulberry.
Following your OtO purchase, you will receive an email with a link to purchase Extended Warranty from Mulberry. Note that Extended Warranty is only available for purchase in the first 60 days following your OtO Device purchase.
How to File a Claim
If your device experiences an issue during the first 2 years following purchase, please reach out to OtO customer support for assistance at care@otolawn.com. If you have purchased Extended Warranty and it has been more than 2 years but less than 3 years since your OtO Device purchase, please contact Mulberry support for assistance at help@getmulberry.com.
