We’re sure you’ll love your OtO. That’s why we have a 30-day money back guarantee and 2-year parts and labor warranty.

You can return your OtO for free within 30 days of activation for a full refund. Proof of purchase must accompany the return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at care@otolawn.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. There are NO customs or shipping fees associated with returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gifting OtO? Take advantage of worry-free returns

We want to make sure you and your gift recipients are happy with their OtO. 

Our 30 day risk-free return policy for all OtO devices purchased means you or your recipient has 30 days after the day they activate it to decide if OtO is right for them.*

If you'd like to return a gifted OtO, please include the original proof of purchase in your request and note that all refunds will go back in the original form of payment.

*Valid for up to 1 year after original purchase date.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is processed, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Solutions

Due to the cost of shipping, we cannot provide refunds on solutions. If you wish to skip or cancel your next shipment, please do so through your account portal.
