At this time we are only shipping to US addresses.
Liability for Lost or Stolen Goods
OtO Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items occurring after delivery of the product to the customers delivery address.
Any lost or stolen packages in transit before arriving at their destination will be recorded and immediately addressed for our customers. In the event that either has taken place please email us at email@example.com and include your order number, name and the estimated delivery time. OtO Inc. will investigate the nature of the loss and will work towards tracking your package down. In the event that the product cannot be found, OtO Inc. will refund or send a replacement at no additional cost or charge.

Can I cancel my order?
Because our orders are usually processed so quickly, it can be very difficult to cancel your order after it has been made. That being said, if you must cancel an order after it has been made please give us a call +1 (510) 944-0993 or send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to accommodate. Don't forget, if you change your mind after making a purchase, you do have 30 days to return your device and solutions for a full refund, no shipping or restocking charges will be applied.
