Units are selling quickly! We're thrilled to have so much excitement, but it also means our lead times are longer than we originally expected.
To address these long delivery timeframes, we’ve made a significant investment in our shipping and production process – including air shipping parts when normally they would be sent via sea.
We’re also scaling up our customer success and marketing teams to help address questions and set our customers up for success.
We feel confident that once production ramps up this summer, we will be able to shorten lead times significantly.
Here are our current estimated shipping timelines:

Orders placed after April 2021 are currently experiencing a 10-12 week lead time from the date of making the order.
That being said, on June 1, we announced that we had doubled the number of assembly line operators in order to primarily ensure these timelines do not slip, but also in the hopes we can speed up the expected lead time.
Our goal is to ramp up production as quickly as possible and we will continue to keep you in the loop as production progresses.
We don’t want to cause any alarm by these lead times, just want to treat our customers the way we’d like to be treated – with transparency.
