Shipping Policy

You can purchase your OtO device or any OtO Lawn Solution from our website.

  • Within 24 hours of checkout, you will receive a confirmation email & tracking number for your order
  • All our orders ship from Ohio

Note that due to global supply chain interruptions your order may take longer to arrive than usual. You may cancel your order any time and obtain a full refund.

New Customers (purchasing after 6/16)

  • We are experiencing a temporary backlog and new orders will begin shipping in mid-July

Existing Orders (up to order #5618)

  • Your order is expected to ship on the date above from our Ohio distributor, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number on the day it ships
  • It will take 3-5 business days to arrive to you depending on your geographic location

 

Solution Shipping

If you are ordering an OtO device with a solution in the same order:

  • Because of the backlog we are automatically pausing customers' subscriptions. You will NOT be charged for a subscription you cannot use because your OtO is in the backlog

All SOLUTION-ONLY orders are processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has shipped which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping is FREE. There is no charge for shipping, customs or returns!

Shipping Locations

At this time we are only shipping to US addresses. 

Liability for Lost or Stolen Goods

OtO Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items occurring after delivery of the product to the customers delivery address.

Any lost or stolen packages in transit before arriving at their destination will be recorded and immediately addressed for our customers. In the event that either has taken place please email us at care@otolawn.com and include your order number, name and the estimated delivery time. OtO Inc. will investigate the nature of the loss and will work towards tracking your package down. In the event that the product cannot be found, OtO Inc. will refund or send a replacement at no additional cost or charge.

 

FAQs

When is my order shipping?

If you made a purchase after April 16, your order is in our temporary backlog and is expected to ship at the beginning of July. We are sending out bi-weekly shipping updates to ensure all customers are kept tightly in the loop as we progress with our suppliers.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time for a full refund, no additional fees will be applied.

 

I subscribed to solutions when I ordered, will I start getting them without having a unit?

No, we are automatically pausing all customer's subscriptions if they are in the backlog. You will get the second bottle of solution about 2 months after the first arrives.

    Hello, I just purchased my 6th device on 5/23/22. I havent received a shipping notification yet. Is there an update on shipping for my order placed on the 23rd?

We're currently experiencing a short backlog, therefore your unit is scheduled to ship out from our US facility at the end of June.
