Within 24 hours of checkout, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.
All orders are processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has shipped which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
There is no charge for shipping or customs!
At this time we are only shipping to US addresses.
Liability for Lost or Stolen Goods
OtO Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items occurring after delivery of the product to the customers delivery address.
Any lost or stolen packages in transit before arriving at their destination will be recorded and immediately addressed for our customers. In the event that either has taken place please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, name and the estimated delivery time. OtO Inc. will investigate the nature of the loss and will work towards tracking your package down. In the event that the product cannot be found, OtO Inc. will refund or send a replacement at no additional cost or charge.
