What is your return policy?

Try your OtO for 30 days risk-free.

We’re sure you’ll love your OtO. That’s why we have a 30 day money back guarantee and 2 year parts and labor warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your device must be in its original packaging and include all accessories the device came with originally. 

To start a return, you can contact us at care@otolawn.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. There are NO customs or shipping fees associated with returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.



We know plans can change and because our lead times are longer than ideal, we're allowing customers to cancel their pre-order of OtO smart devices at any time until the date of fulfillment. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will kindly ask customers to send the unit back before a refund can be processed.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Once your return has been marked as in transit, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Returning Solutions

Because of the nature of the product, OtO Lawn solutions cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your OtO Lawn solutions product, send us an email and we'll make it right.
