Why Can’t I See Solutions in the OtO App?

As of January 27th, we are no longer supporting solutions in-app and have discontinued the solutions part of our business. While we poured our hearts into delivering a solutions program that we believed would meet your needs, we’ve encountered challenges that made it difficult to ensure it worked well for both you, our valued customer, and our business. This wasn’t an easy choice, but we believe it’s the right one to help us refocus on what OtO does best: innovative irrigation technology.

What does this mean for you?

  • Enhanced focus:  By prioritizing our hardware and software, we’re enhancing the features you already love and improving usability, giving you even greater value and effortless control at your fingertips.

  • Better performance:  Streamlining our operations allows us to focus even more on the product features and qualities you love, ensuring OtO continues to be your trusted partner in lawn care for years to come.

What’s next?

  • All solution subscriptions have been automatically cancelled and no further billing will occur.

  • The OtO app no longer supports the installation or use of solutions.

  • If you have leftover bottles, please refer to product label and SDS for use and disposal information.
