If you are using the "water/apply now" command and your device is not responding, please check the following:
- Wait 5-10 minutes - If you press the switch, OtO should wake up and run the zone within about 1 minute. If you do not press the switch, it should water in about 5 minutes but if WiFi signal strength is low, it can take up to 10 minutes.
- Update your app - You may need to manually go to your phone's app store to check for updates. Here's a guide on how to do this.
- Check your device's battery - If your battery is showing as "low" charge it using the provided power cable to water/apply manually.
- Check your WiFi signal strength - If the WiFi signal strength is too low, OtO will not receive any commands. Consider these steps in order to improve your Wi-Fi connectivity.
